4. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในโน้ตของคุณ

5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล

Privacy statement
Effective 26 October 2026
This statement explains how the Notes app (“the app”) handles your information. The app is built and maintained by an individual (“the developer”, “we”) and is not affiliated with Microsoft. It is written with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) in mind.
In short: the app runs only in your browser. Your notes travel directly between your device and Microsoft, never through a server of ours. We don't receive, store or see your notes. There's no tracking, no advertising and no third-party scripts.
1. Information the app uses
- Microsoft account details: your name and email, to show who is signed in.
- Note content: the text, images, colour, pinned state and dates of your Microsoft Sticky Notes, which Microsoft keeps in a hidden Notes folder of your mailbox.
- Information stored on your device: a copy of your notes and images, changes waiting to sync, your settings, and Microsoft sign-in tokens. All of it stays in the browser on your device.
2. Permissions requested from Microsoft, and why
- openid, profile, to sign you in and read your name and email.
- Mail.ReadWrite, because Microsoft stores Sticky Notes in your mailbox and no narrower permission works with personal accounts. The app opens only the Notes folder, plus Deleted Items for notes you delete or restore. It never opens, reads or sends your emails.
- offline_access, so you don't have to sign in every time you open the app.
You can remove all of these at any time at account.live.com/consent.
3. Where information goes
- Notes travel directly between your device and Microsoft Graph over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Microsoft's processing is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- The app's files are served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which may keep standard access logs such as IP address and browser type for security and operation. These logs don't include your notes.
- We don't sell, share or transfer your information to anyone, because it doesn't pass through us.
4. Personal information in your notes
If you record other people's personal information, or anything sensitive, in your notes, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis or consent under the PDPA. We recommend that you:
- use the app on a personal device with a screen lock and disk encryption;
- avoid shared computers, or sign out after every use;
- avoid writing details that identify other people unless necessary.
5. How long information is kept
- On your device: until you sign out (which removes the device copy) or clear the site's data in your browser. If a different account signs in on the same device, the app removes the previous data first.
- At Microsoft: according to your account settings and Microsoft's policies. Deleted notes move to Deleted Items, which Outlook may empty over time.
6. Security
The app loads no outside scripts, uses a strict Content Security Policy, rebuilds note content from text only so nothing in a note can run as code, and talks to Microsoft only over HTTPS. No system is completely secure, so the security of your device and account matters too.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your personal data. Since we don't hold your data, you can exercise these directly: edit or delete notes in the app or in Sticky Notes, remove the device copy by signing out, remove the app's access at account.live.com/consent, and contact Microsoft about data Microsoft holds. 8. Children
The app is not intended for anyone under 20 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
9. Changes
We may update this statement from time to time and will show the new effective date at the top of this page.
